The role
Clinical lead on nights for a 28-bed dementia nursing unit: medication rounds, care-plan reviews and support for a team of four experienced care assistants. Choose 2 or 3 fixed nights per week.
What you'll need
- Active NMC registration (RGN)
- Confidence leading a small night team
- Dementia experience desirable, not essential
