The role
Join a settled day team in a residential home rated Good in all five CQC domains. Shifts are 08:00–20:00 on a 3-on/3-off rota, with paid breaks and a genuine focus on resident wellbeing over task lists.
What you'll need
- 6 months UK care experience preferred (Care Certificate ideal)
- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply
- Warmth, patience and reliability
